On the rare occasion where a product has arrived faulty or damaged, you must notify us within 7 days of receipt with details of the problem. This is preferred by email. We may ask you to email us photos of the faulty/damaged product so we can assess the problem.
Our staff will then ensure that your problem is dealt with swiftly and effectively. If your problem requires a replacement, you will be asked to return the faulty/damaged goods to us. The cost of postage back to us will be fully refunded on return of the product(s).
